Ride bracelets and tickets are still available for purchase on-site at the fair. We accept cash, credit cards (including Apple Pay), and Venmo. Please note: carnival games are cash only. More event information is below.


Each year the Weston, Connecticut community celebrates Memorial Day with a fair, 5K and parade. It is an annual tradition that attracts thousands of families from surrounding communities as well as its own Westonites. The fair is run by volunteers from the Hurlbutt Elementary School and Weston Intermediate School parent teacher organizations (PTOs) and is their largest fundraiser of the year.

PRE-SALE PROMOTION 

Weston Public Schools families will have access to an exclusive pre-sale for discounted daily ride bracelets and VIP parking passes.

🎟 Pre-Sale Dates: Tuesday, April 14  – Friday, May 15

Ride bracelets provide unlimited rides for one day of the fair. 

A separate bracelet must be purchased for each day you plan to attend.

The fair isn’t possible without volunteers, and we need your help!

Volunteering is a fun way to connect with friends and neighbors while the kids enjoy the rides, games, and plenty of sweet treats.

WEST FEST MUSIC FESTIVAL

We’re thrilled to bring back West Fest for its third year, featuring incredible performances from local bands, talented students, and even some musical parents from our community.

Elevate your Memorial Day Fair experience with a West Fest VIP Tent.

Only 10 tents are available per day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), and each 10×10 tent includes:

  • A 6-foot table
  • Tablecloth
  • Bucket of water bottles

Can I bring my dog?
It's strongly preferred that dogs stay at home.

Is the event rain or shine?
Rides will close in the event of lightning. We will share any changes to the schedule through our social media channels.

CODE OF CONDUCT

The Weston Memorial Day Fair is a family-friendly community event hosted by the Hurlbutt Elementary School PTO and Weston Intermediate School PTO on school grounds. Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for everyone attending the Fair.

By attending the Fair, all guests agree to treat others with kindness, respect, and consideration.

The following behaviors are not permitted:

  • Fighting, physical aggression, or threatening behavior
  • Harassment, intimidation, bullying, or discriminatory language
  • Disruptive, unsafe, or disorderly conduct
  • Vandalism, theft, or destruction of property
  • Possession of weapons, illegal substances, or alcohol not permitted by law or event policy
  • Conduct that interferes with the safety or enjoyment of attendees, volunteers, vendors, or staff
  • Carnival prizes, toys, or novelty items used in an unsafe or inappropriate manner may be confiscated and held until the end of the Fair
  • Sparklers, fireworks, or similar items are not permitted anywhere on Fair or school grounds
  • Failure to follow directions from Fair volunteers, event organizers, school administrators, security personnel, or emergency responders

The Hurlbutt Elementary School PTO, Weston Intermediate School PTO, and Fair Organizers reserve the right to deny entry or require any individual or group to leave the Fair at any time for behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the spirit of the event.

Depending on the situation, law enforcement or emergency services may be contacted.

We appreciate the support of our community in helping keep the Weston Memorial Day Fair safe, positive, and enjoyable for all families.
